Return Policy
Correct details and a valid shipping address are required when you are making purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of the lost mail. No refund or reshipment will be given, if they have input incorrect information.
Our return policy accepts you to return defective products within 14 days of having received it for an exchange or a refund. If you make a purchase in error, you can also return us the product, not including made-to-order item, in unused condition (The product has NOT been mounted, worn, bent, altered, stained or damaged). A restocking fee of $20 per order will be deducted from all returns seeking a refund. Please note, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Return-eligible items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear custom.
- If the parcel arrived as damaged, items missing, incorrect items sent, or cases related as such, customers are expected to notify us within 48 hours of receiving our goods and we will take care of it.
- Any returned product must remain in unworn, original condition, and in its original packaging.
- If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.
- If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at revivalstrap@gmail.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements.
- If an exchange/replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
- If confirmed lost, a refund/replacement will be issued.
