TAG Heuer "Carrera Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition" debuts at "LVMH Watch Week 2023"

The '2023 LVMH Watch Week' came to a successful conclusion last Thursday (January 12). During the exhibition, the watch brands under the LVMH luxury goods group launched many new products, and the TAG Heuer "Carrera Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition" is one of the highlights. This 600-piece limited edition features a 'Panda' dial, kicking off the celebrations for the birth of Jack Heuer's iconic creation - the Carrera.
Launched at the BaselWorld in Switzerland in the spring of 1963, the first Carrera was an immediate international success and became one of the most popular watches of the TAG Heuer brand.
The TAG Heuer Carrera series is a sports watch for those who actively pursue superb performance. The series of watches pays tribute to the Carrera Panamericana (Carrera Panamericana) and is the first chronograph designed for professional racing drivers.
The design of the watch is minimal, with ergonomics and legibility as priorities, and it is still legible at extreme speeds: aesthetics and practicality are rarely perfectly matched.
The "Carrera Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition" faithfully reproduces the Carrera Glassbox 2447 SN model - the most collectible version of the original Carrera watch. The retro color scheme ushers in a new upgrade. The silver sunburst dial with black sub-dial ("Panda dial"), equipped with a luxurious leather strap, makes the Carrera series watches reach new heights.
The "Carrera Chronograph 60th Anniversary Edition" uses a 39mm stainless steel case to reinterpret the timeless design of the Carrera series. Numbering. The silver sunbrushed dial with a 60-minute scale on the outer edge is highlighted by the black "azuré" counters and seconds indicator.
The watch has a built-in brand's own Caliber Heuer02 automatic chronograph movement, including hours, minutes, stopwatch, and timing functions: 1/4 second chronograph, 30 minute chronograph.
